Pros

Excellent work environment. Very knowledgeable people who are willing to mentor. Always working on new products. Very well-organized workflow. Amazing management.

Cons

If I absolutely MUST give a con, I would say that sometimes only the most experienced engineers get the complete picture of where the product is moving towards, which makes the less experienced engineers make mistakes that they would have probably avoided if they knew more. It gets sorted out, and the information is passed along when the mistake is made, but it can become frustrating.

Pros

At this company, it is truly valued to contribute to something bigger than you. The projects you work on have a real impact in people's lives, the company deeply cares about your development, the experience you are having while working here, the way we work is completely different to my past experiences. People actually trust you, the mindset is 100% committed to creating and building together something for helping other human beings. We treat each other as human beings, not as machines (as I have experienced before). You learn a lot every single day, bringing new ideas to the table is a constant task and keeps everything moving or changing.

Cons

Working with multiple time zones, because you work with people from different countries (which to me, that's a great feature - the only challenge is to keep up with the different time zones for meetings but not outside of your working hours).
