The company offers a good environment to work, with good equipment and well defined requirements. They have true 1:1 feedback calls, which give us a good understanding of how our work is perceived and how to improve.

Cons

The 1-week sprint they use don't give the developers enough time to really iterate over a feature, making us always take the path of least resistance.

A lot of capable people. If you have an opinion people really hear you. Engineering departments can be slow but if you are fast, you can do things your way

Cons

The core product is kind of legacy. They have great architecture and backend teams but it lack speed
