The main issue is the managers. They are rude and unreasonable. They can go from 1 to 100 pretty quickly. They can discriminate and have favorists. They are two types of tutors to them. Group onewho they like and go out with and group two include others. This can impact you because if you have a problem you might not get the same support and empthy as your other peers. I went to them with the same exact issue because some tutor encourage me to go and I got totally different treatment as he got. They called him and showed him care and because of that he encounrage me to go too. Basically, they told me this is what it is , stay or leave. They expect you to travel to different centers in the same semester while they don’t schedule you 19 hours nor giving you any benefits. Not stable a job. They don’t care about job performance and work ethics. They want to have fun.

Due to budget issues, I've been moved from part time to full time and back to part time. The fact that I'm great at what I do and work hard makes no difference when it comes to job stability.
