Pros

Steady job, great coworkers, decent salary.

Cons

It depends on what school we are talking about. Some schools' administrators don't know how to manage unruly kids and their combative parents (=chaotic classrooms,) while others know how to control these individuals (= decent learning environment in the classroom.)

Do not have mandatory trainings after school hours, Saturdays or summer.

Cons

Depends on the campus. High turn over rate in some schools. I recommend speaking privately with teachers to find out the truth about what is happening on a campus.

Many good things. Morale was generally pretty good. Got to work with many talented people.

Sometimes I felt like I was back in high school with the cliquish fellow employees.
