Incredible teachers who want to do what is right for kids

Cons

Ridiculous superintendent who wants to line his pockets with tax payer money and profit from marginalized students and communities. For what you'll be asked to do, the money isn't worth it. Stay away.

The Superintendent with fire either a teacher or administrator if a. You ask a question about current policy or procedures b. Ask for Data-Driven positive results from other school districts that use a model similar to NES. c. If you look at him a certain way or do not agree with him expect to be fired. D. has been known to not fully honor an administrator or teachers contract

Cons

Mike Miles. Ever since he was appointed to lead the district, it has been a nightmare. I hate going to work every day. I loved teaching and though this would be my last career. He and the way he runs this district has made me want to get out ASAP. He is going to ruin this district, but that was the plan all along. I feel sorry for parents that have no choice in where their children go to school. He is trying to create little minions that will do nothing but go into the capitalistic work force or the military. Creativity, innovation, and fine arts are NOT respected by this new leadership.
