      Some were interested in supporting and training new teachers.

      Cons

      Felt that the principal at my school had no interest in keeping new teachers, many of us were let go after the first year.

      There are absolutely no pros of working there

      Long Hours No duty free lunch or break Very Unorganized Poor management Leader does not treat people with respect and will fire you for any and everything Meetings almost everyday of the week No support, especially for new teachers No work /life balance And the list goes on

      Pay is decent, opportunities to earn extra with tutorials is abundant

      Cons

      Insane demands on time, expected to be at school all the time after hours and on weekends without pay , time wasting acyibio during planning time, no discipline structure (they want to keep suspensions down so they ignore serious problems like fighting and attacks on Teachers), last minute changes and deadlines, unrealistic expectations
