The workload is not worth it. There is more of an emphasis on looking like good teachers instead of being good teachers.

Outdated technology in most departments and schools, lots of red tape for anything, different departments have better budgets than others (human resources has very little resources but other departments have a lot more), high expectations for low pay, needs better communication across all levels of the organization
