      You get to impact the lives of future generations! It is highly rewarding to help someone learn, knowing it will impact the rest of their life!

      Cons

      Long hours of work after the day ends, little support from administration at campus and district level Students talk back to teachers and very little is done by administrators to discourage such behavior.

      Great co workers. Everyone support each other. Extra money can be made

      Difficult kids to teach. Lots of behavior problems. Admin does nothing about it. You are blamed for students actions.
