      Rewarding work. You really have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children.

      Cons

      Little room for personal growth. You will be stuck. The best people are in and out. The culture is not good at all. VERY political. Not a positive environment. If you are in a position in which you interact with the public, be prepared to be treated very poorly with your character and morals being questioned every turn.
