Pros

Direct managers are very flexible, good work environment, fulfilling work, caring staff and physicians, great benefits. Lots of support and resources are provided from corporate when needed without being intrusive.

Cons

Not alot of comraderie between different departments although this looks like something executive leadership is attempting to begin tackling. Finance departments can be very stringent even when what is being asked does not make operational sense. Aggressive budget targets year after year and not receptive to feedback even when relevant data is presented. Old hiring and compensation practices. HR only uses years of experience for compensation packages and disregards value being brought to the company or scope of work.
