      Pros

      Benefits are good, bonuses are good, good pay depending on why department. 403 b is good. Tuition reimbursement is great

      Cons

      Not enough pto. "paid holidays" sick days are all from one same pto bank. Management doesn't like for people to move on up when it's time, if you are a valuable employee to them.

      The name when you mention you work here you get a lot of perks, but to work there is another story

      There is no growth unless you are a nurse, everyone else is nobody
