Pros

The organization constantly provides perks and bonuses for a the majority of employees.

Cons

I don’t accrue PTO very well as a part timer and since I’m salaried, it’s difficult to get enough PTO to take off.

Pros

Great place to work. Management is helpful and supportive. Open to allowing you to grow and learn as you go along. Great work environment.

Cons

It can get a little busy at the end of the month as all revenue cycle department can get. Knowing how to Work under pressure and multi task in the coding department is a great attribute to have.
