      Pros

      HM is a great organization to work for. They support and give back to employees when we make or exceed budget, we are constantly at the top of national, state and local accolades and it’s a privilege to be part of an organization that is paving the way for unparalleled healthcare.

      Cons

      Some positions require degrees regardless of years experience which makes staff feel like they hit their career ceiling.

      There is flexibility in the schedule, so this is good If you have kids. It’s busy work but low stress compared to working bedside.

      Cons

      The HM Physician Organization is very fluid. There do not always follow hospital policies and do not have policies themselves.
