Parking is not great. Depending on where you work, they can send you home on low census.

While parking should be convenient at most of our clinics and hospitals, it is challenging in the Texas Medical Center. Fortunately, management is actively rolling out new options to help alleviate the demand.

Thank you for highlighting salary and bonuses. Houston Methodist Cypress Hospital is expected to open in March 2025 and offers the same benefits as the rest of our system. This includes 82% of an employee's medical insurance paid. We provide bonuses, retirement savings with company match, paid time off, educational assistance, complimentary wellness programs and a variety of discounts. You can also receive free memberships on DoorDash, Headspace and Noom.
