Pay seems competitive, generally good atmosphere, no layoffs
Cons
Leadership doesn’t seem to value NPs especially in critical care and specialty roles. They are trying to push for NPs to be one big interchangeable group where you end up having to cover services that you weren’t hired to work for if there’s a need etc. constantly rearranging how many NPs they allocate to each unit so your job can always be eliminated no matter how well you are doing it. Frequent meaningless but required classes
