Everyone that works here is very nice & respectful to one another. The Methodist system really values their employees.

Cons

No downsides. Its an amazing company to work for. I left to be closer to home.

Pros

More money at night, ICU & ER experience, a lot of walking to and fro (big hospital) but it is great exercise!! I average 5 miles a day.

Cons

Heavy assignments at night & not well staffed. Slam you with new assignments & possibly a whole new set of patients at the 4-hours in shift change & never know where they are going to put you until last minute.

Great benefits, even for part time. Tuition reimbursement, paid time off, health plans, free gym

Cons

Management isn't great. They have some unrealistic expectations and the morale of the staff in general is pretty bad. It makes it an exhausting environment to work in
