Pros
They do have occassional hand hygiene bonuses that pretty much amount to $180 quarterly, employee gym, they give u little gifts that have their logo. As far as equipment they have everything you need to do your job but their is a price.
Cons
They cater pretty much to the surgeons so if they yell or dont follow the rules they tend to look the other way or find an excuse for them because they bring in the money. They’re bougie so they attract that kind of population who expects hotel 5 star service.
