The people that you interact with tend to be very nice, and company does look out for you. It is a well respected company to work for. The benefits are amazing compared to my last company. Very Affordable!

Cons

It is a big place so there is a lot of walking.

Pros

There is a fairly good culture here with high standards for the employees. I feel that compensation is fair for the work that I do. I do believe that the base pay is higher than other hospitals in the area.

Cons

I wish that annual raises were more generous and there were more differentials offered. Unfortunately there is no preceptor pay and no differential for certifications.
