Management. The PACU had a manager that was not PACU certified, never had even worked as PACU Nurse. Clueless and very biased toward certain employees. Policies were not enforced fairly or consistently, especially the tardy rules. I thought I was off and did not come to work. The manager had changed the schedule without notification. She gave me the most serious written reprimand she could. I challenged it, but her management sided with her (of course). I resigned after this.
