      Pros

      This is one of the best hospital systems I have ever worked for over my career. They care about their employees and overall run the company well.

      Cons

      HM isn't the highest paying hospital system in the Houston area. Although I could make more money elsewhere the pros outweigh the difference in pay.

      Pros

      good work life balance. PACU is not very stressful. The patients are mostly pleasant. The company is the best to work for with competitive pay and great benefits and bonuses.

      Cons

      In PACU when we have low census we get flexed off having to use PTO or no pay. Which has happened more recently now for 2 years using up to 4 hours PTO weekly to make 36
