Pros

I have been applying since 2014, how does one get an interview or some type of feedback? Is there a temp agency I should go thru? This is crazy.

Cons

No feedback or a response is given when applying for jobs online. Wouldn't hurt for someone to reply or respond back to you.

Bad HR department.

Pros

HMH does some truly AMAZING work, which will truly make you proud to work there. PTO is accrued from the first day that you are there. The cafeterias are awesome, though a bit over-priced. Amazing benefits, including cell phone discounts and pet insurance (pet insurance can be taken out of your paycheck). Several bonuses per year for an array of things, including basic hand-hygiene. When I was there, there was a program in place for extra bonuses and incentives for those employees that logged the most "steps" on their FitBit per quarter.

Cons

Perhaps my experience was specific to my research department, but it was (in the end) handled by HR. The regular procedures for employee discipline were not followed in my department, my requests and complaints were repeatedly ignored, and I was never granted an exit interview. Even after I raised serious concerns about the operations in my department, I was encouraged to quit my position, and was black-mailed by my manager. I expressed this to HR, and while I was told someone would look into it, I was ignored. Again, this may have been specific to my department.
