Pros

Getting bonuses. We all got 500$ for getting vaccine.

Cons

Job Stability. ... Flexible Work Options. ... Good Pay. ... Great Benefits. ... Part of a Team. ... Variance In Your Day. ... Great Working Conditions. I love working with people and for people especially with patients and their families. Helping them to recover and get back towards they normal life, work and family. As a nursing student its a great opportunity to work with patients

Pros

Good pay, benefits are amazing, PTO starts at 3 weeks per year.

Cons

You work to earn your PTO but then my department was supposed to end and when I gave my notice that I would leave 4 weeks before my job ended, they refused to pay me 56 hours of PTO that amounted to $1173. Also, they cut your insurance off the last day of the pay period you work. Most companies cut it off at the end of the month. This left me strapped for almost $500 between an urgent care bill and prescriptions to fill.

Pros

Methodist offers endless bounce and strive to make one cohesive medical family environment. The health benefits are okay, but they use to be the best in the medical center and one of there competing factors. Methodist has a great working environment and the manager works with the employee.

Cons

The pay is lower than other hospital in the area. High turn over rate. Call is the worst Certified tech and none- certified tech do the same job with similar pay.
