Good company culture, benefits are pretty good, lots of room for growth in some departments.

Great bonus. Able to pull in overtime. You can move up in the hospital. Move around to different department for better experience and better pay. In devastating times they are there to help employees with whatever they may need to get to work or get back onto their feet. They make sure all employees are caught up with their shots.
