It is a very stressful job and would not recommend this job to anyone. They have a lot of issues within this department. They have 15 years recruiting software that does not track candidates. You will have multiple people yelling as you on a daily bases . They are not proactive, but reactive. Upper management - VPs have very little respect for this department, and they do not have the funds or man power to help you do your job,
