      They have good health insurance.

      Cons

      3 sick days out of the year and you have to wait until your sick day falls off to asks for another sick day. People come in sick to work because they don’t have sick days left and get others sick.

      Cons

      -Educational requirements can be a bit much, must have been BSN (Magnet status), TNCC/ENPC but they aren't a trauma facility -It kind of feels like you're getting "brain washed" when first hired; they culture here is definitely different
