The organization constantly provides perks and bonuses for a the majority of employees.

Cons

I don’t accrue PTO very well as a part timer and since I’m salaried, it’s difficult to get enough PTO to take off.

The Houston Methodist system operates eight hospitals, an academic research institute, a long-term care facility and numerous outpatient clinics throughout the Greater Houston area. We are fortunate to have many long-term employees celebrating 10, 20, 30 and 40 or more years of service.
