      Pros

      Reputable company with high standards. The pay is fair with possible small increases after annual reviews. Also, there are many locations to choose from, all upholding high standards for the all staff and professionals. You will have access to plenty continuing education and there's encouraged for staff to improve themselves.

      Cons

      The pay is fair but not great. However, still comparable to other Houston area hospitals in my opinion. It seems more years of experience is often the requirement of the community hospitals but the medical center location is more lenient. As other hospitals, get ready for strict and monitored charting.
