      Houston Methodist as a whole is established, successful and professional organization. Opportunities for growth and expansion. Contribute to benefiting an organization that provides meaningful services to individuals.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy and too much office politics. You have to watch your back as there is always someone ready and willing to put a knife in it. Management has a particular type of person they want, and if you fall outside that mold you'll have trouble. They particularly want people who are yes-men and don't create issues by pointing out problems and pushing for the best possible solution.
