      Houston Methodist really pushes their ICARE & AIDET values. They actually practice what they preach and it is refreshing. Upper management is very interactive with the staff, down to earth and helpful, they are not afraid to get their hands dirty.

      Policies change frequently, makes it a little difficult to keep up.
