Pros
Really great faculty that are dedicated to your training. Many have come from this very program so they know the deal and how to improve.
Cons
None... about the same as what you would expect for the amount of work in a general surgery residency. It'll be tough, but of all of the programs nationwide, it is one of the best in terms of life and lifestyle along with training.
