      Great benefits and fair salary

      Cons

      It is a very stressful job and would not recommend this job to anyone. They have a lot of issues within this department. They have 15 years recruiting software that does not track candidates. You will have multiple people yelling as you on a daily bases . They are not proactive, but reactive. Upper management - VPs have very little respect for this department, and they do not have the funds or man power to help you do your job,

      Pros

      Absolutely none when compared to other facilities worked outside of San Antonio.

      Cons

      Numerous, but first and foremost is the obvious vision of "FOR PROFIT" at all costs. Patient's receive less than optimal nursing care. Not because of the quality of nurse, but rather because of the lack of nurse staffing (Main Methodist/Medical Center).
