Pros

- There was competitive wages. - Flexible work hours. - Benefits such as 401k. - Paid training. - Fair company policies such as overtime pay.

Cons

- Outlandish/Rude Passengers - Lack of employee Support such as employee to passenger mediation. - No time for restroom breaks or lunch - Lack of communication between dispatch/supervisor. - Privileged routes due to seniority.

Pros

Don’t deal with the public too often. Great teamwork. Variety of different systems to work with, hydraulics, circuitry, mechanical, and HVAC.

Cons

Shifts and schedules are dictated by seniority, and do not have a merit system. No matter how hard you work, you still get paid the same as the guy next to you sitting down.
