Truly have amazing colleagues! Surrounded by supportive and encouraging leaders that care and invest in your personal development and want to see you succeed within the team, company, and overall as an individual. Houzz offers amazing health benefits, PTO, volunteer hours, and a great remote work culture. They encourage a healthy work/life balance with many opportunities to join "Healthy at Houzz" events coordinated throughout the month that focus on mental health, mindfulness, healthy living, etc. Absolutely love that! Every quarter, Houzzers are acknowledged for our performance via a Houzz-hosted dinner which is super exciting! There is also opportunity for growth within our departments and have the ability to promote to other departments as new roles open up.

Great place for growth

Pros

I love that when you're an SDR you are able to move into an AE roll after a year of being with the company. Your managers really want you to succeed and do what they can to help make sure that you are meeting goals.

Cons

The base pay is low but commission is uncapped which makes up for it.
