The management all the way up “seem” to care

Cons

- Managers playing favorites is an understatement. - The onboarding/ training you receive is absolutely useless, Seriously! - They will hold you back from advancing your sales career internally so they can protect their own quota. - You will be micromanaged more than any team before - 4 meetings a day then they ask why your dials are so low..? - Managers will talk about you behind your back - SDR managers will never have your back - Management leads from the rear - Managers will NEVER pick up the phone and dial to help the TEAM hit goal. - The pay is HORRIBLE and theyget mad if you have a second job to feed your family - * obviously I’m not the only one who thinks this, just read the other reviews. - They pay all new hires to leave the 5star reviews you see
