Think twice or even thrice about working here. Textbook example of toxic leadership masked with “top employer” award. I experienced unprofessional work ethic with a total lack of respect for employees, slow systems and inefficient processes leading to dysfunction and toxic work environment. My boss in particular micromanaged me, publicly humiliating me at every turn, expected me to work long hours and weekends, making it obvious to everyone that she wanted me to quit. Mental health and well-being are not a priority here. Your confidence and peace of mind will erode over time so look elsewhere!
