Good company; Projects real interesting because are always R&D , before to go to a pilot plan and then scale-up

Salary is not the best The company have to much procedures that difficult the job of a project manager

I joined Hovione Ringaskiddy in 2016 and have find it an excellent place to work. My colleagues are a great support and extremely helpful. My workload although heavy is very manageable and I love my role here. Hovione have big plans for the future and I believe my career here will be very rewarding. This is a team driven company and one that hasn't forgot that an employee is the number one asset it has. Focusing on attention to detail and right first time are not only expected but supported.

Cons

Like every job a bigger salary is always appreciated.
