      The best benefits are the holidays and vacations.

      As a former employee I was treated disrespectfully. They overworked us for a little over $15.70 per hour. This is low pay compared to other colleges. What happen to the union?

      Embarrassed to work at HCC

      Unlike some of the faculty, I have a paycheck... for now...

      Cons

      Once upon a time, I recommended HCC as a place to work. Now, I'm embarrassed to work here. And I would NOT advise applying for employment or enrollment. What a different three years made!

      The prez is running an award winning college into the ground in less than three years on the job. Was a highly respected college nationally, now is a disaster.
