      Pros

      Great benefits, time-off and access to opportunities for training.

      Cons

      Salaries are not competitive in the market. Leadership can be scattered with the priorities that they want in place.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits- The health insurance plans offered are fantastic, tons of PTO included unlimited (accrued) sick days. Educational reimbursement is great. There is also a stellar wellness program/ gym on campus.

      Cons

      Pay- though the benefits balance the low pay. Especially for dual income families. Parking is also a bit if a terror, but they are in the process of building a new garage that will hopefully solve the problem. The last issue is upward mobility- as a young professional, there are not many opportunities to grow your career.
