Lots of opportunity to learn; most people are a pleasure to work with; throws good parties

Cons

Unhealthy culture; cronyism running rampant; executive management has entrepreneurial mindset - lacks clear direction/structure (Good for a start up but not a 5+ year old public company. Is this mindset hindering their ability to be more successful long-term in Corporate America? Time will tell.)

Excellent company with dynamic leadership. Highly entrepreneurial culture that challenges all employees to continually push through plateaus. Great portfolio of assets - working on large, meaningful projects. Hard work is rewarded.

Cons

Depending upon personality type - not a good environment for those that prefer significant structure and predictability in their work/schedule.
