Pros

Every person I talked to including myself absolutely hates working for this company.

Cons

Please don’t believe the fake 5 star reviews posted. Basically all of them are titled “Great place to work”. I assume people won’t fall for this but think it should be noted that these are coming internally at Howard to try to balance out the bad reviews. 100% fake and is absolutely the worst company imaginable. You will hate it if you decide to work here.

Incompetent leaders, lead by fear, extreme unproductive micromanaging, dysfunctional technology tools, everyone is unhappy and high turnover
