The commission and pay IF you are lucky enough to get an established territory.

Cons

the management, the expectations, the lies they feed you, the employees, unrealistic goals and expectations, having to do everyone else's job for them in order to do yours 'correctly' per the terms of upper management, terrible value of employees well being - basically everything but the pay.

Good if you have zero experience, Also good benefits (insurance, 401K)

Cons

Company THRIVES in nepotism, so do not expect a promotion or advance unless your last name is Howard/McCoy or you are in their inner circle. Micromanaging everywhere you look. They will take forever to pay commissions.
