Cons

Poor development of employees within their professional fields; tuition remission is unavailable without enrolling in a degree program. Women do not survive in top positions

Pros

Excellent opportunity to impact lives of young and deserving AA students, some excellent flexibility in bringing new and innovative ideas to the table. Howard at its best is at the heart of the global dialogue on scholarship, economic empowerment, and other key issues that impact the global Black community.

Cons

Previous administration significantly damaged the development, fiscal health, and brand of the university; unfortunately some of these incompetent individuals are still in key positions of leadership and influence and will not go away. Financial and accounting management is weak and quite frankly embarrassing at times.
