Pros

I came to Howard because of the remission of tuition program. The benefits were outstanding at the time I came to Howard.

Cons

It is very hard to enroll and use the remission of tuition benefit. The University does not have online undergraduate classes, and your supervisor have the option of letting you attend classes during the day. You will never be able to attend a class because there is no one to cover your shift. Howard does not give pay rises unless you are union employees.

Pros

*Co-workers are great *Community based relationships and guidance *Respect for religion and family *People come together for purpose of getting the job done *Free upward educational programs for staff members

Cons

*My biggest problem with this University is that they will train you but not problem an adequate salary increase. *Also, at my current educational level I should be making at least $25,000 more and regardless of any additional education I cannot get the pay I deserve which is really frustrating.
