Pros

Great ramp period but likely won’t make it beyond that.

Cons

Territories aren’t really set up for everyone to win. Big imbalance of accounts and there seems to be a lot of favoritism. No real coaching from management or upper leadership. Work life balance was non-existent.

Pros

Pay Working Remote Great Product

Cons

Work life balance is not great. High performance Culture has brought down a lot of the great aspects of working here and it’s not a fair model. The work culture has created a greater risk of burnout for its employees. The data and way they measure employees is broken. Leadership only cares about numbers and doesn’t care about who is great employees for their company. They tried to do to many things at once which was thrown at employees where we had to pick up the pieces.

Pros

- The culture used to be the highlight, but it's declining, though still better than many other tech companies. - Your voice is heard and valued. - Colleagues are friendly, talented, and easy to collaborate with. - Excellent benefits, including unlimited PTO, medical coverage, and more. - The strong company branding opens up more opportunities for career growth.

Cons

- The shift to a performance-based culture has made things unbearable. I’m now working 12-15 hours a day to meet leadership’s overly aggressive monthly goals, and I’ve been seeing a therapist for over six months because of it. - Transparency has disappeared. It used to be better, but it also depends heavily on the team you’re in. - Some managers are ineffective. They focus only on managing people without improving their own skills or finding better solutions for the team.
