Pros

- Kind, hardworking people - Solid product, easy to sell

Cons

- Despite being remote, increased micromanagement forced employees to stay online and work from 8:30-5:30PM daily; this reflected on the metrics - Falsely promised when hired that promoting to various other teams (non-Sales) would be a smooth process after 12-18 months, but this proved to be difficult - Internal mobility is near impossible due to its competitiveness. Current employees aren't favored necessarily, and are put through the same 4-5 round interview process as external candidates - Pay is below market, and no commission is given for the Inbound Sales role

Pros

Good benefits Flexible more words to fill requirement

Cons

Pay needs to be improved. They paint additional work and duties with no pay change as a "growth opportunity" with no real path upward unless you are friends/liked by management
