Pros

Peers are what keep the place going

Cons

Leadership does not care or value employees. They used to invest in our growth and happiness. Now they fire us and find someone new if we speak up about wrong doings.

Pros

HubSpot employers do care about their employees. Also, of the 5 different managers I had when I was there, I still keep in touch with 4 of them, and feel like 3 of them were really strong managers who entrusted and taught me.

Cons

Still seems to be like a boys-club, with a few leaders who have been there since the beginning and are stuck in their existing ways of operating.
