Pros

Very friendly work environment, helpful peers, unlimited PTO, great benefits package

Cons

There is very little room for career growth or promo, despite hitting your KPI's and being "eligible". The unlimited PTO and schedule autonomy is great, but the overbearing workload and understaffing makes it unenjoyable to take time off. Cross-org policies make it very difficult to achieve exceptional performance because of poor internal policies and cleaning up the mess of poor sales practices. Recent swim-lane changes have increased responsibilities for Contract Managers yet with no change in pay. Arguably, the overwhelming case load has caused an increase in working hours yet no change in pay. Unpractical KPI's that are not aligned with the global economic crisis. I am more burnt out than ever before.
