I must confess I had to resist writing back to your review with too many exclamation points to reinforce your final point. All kidding aside, thank you for the review, for helping us grow better, and for your callout that the culture lives up to the hype-I'm super grateful for your time, energy and input-thanks for all that you do. -Katie

Pros

HubSpot has taken my personal and career life to the next level. The team I'm a part of has a mission and values that I believe in that give me a purpose. This is something I've had an issue with in my career, not feeling like I'm a part of something that's making a difference. I see the difference I'm making each day and it keeps me coming back for more.

Cons

Honestly, I don't really have a con for working at HubSpot. That being said, you're in control of your own destiny. HubSpot will allow you to grow, but you have to want it. You have to be curious. You have to be dedicated to being the best. If you do, then HubSpot is a place for you, because they allow you to create your own opportunities.

Thanks so much for taking the time to write up your feedback, and for three years of helping us grow better at HubSpot! I love that you said you see the difference of the work you do every day and feel that impact on a regular basis, and that you note folks are in control of their own destiny--I also love your push on curiosity, it's a critical ingredient to succeed here. Thanks for all you do and for the feedback! -Katie

Amazing Place to Work!

Pros

I have been with HubSpot for just under a year and have loved every minute of it. The work I do is engaging and my team and managers have been nothing but supportive. As the company is growing so quickly, there have been a lot of changes in the short amount of time that I have been here but also a chance to take on new projects and grow my skill sets. I see a lot of potential for me to grow with this company.

Cons

Not really a con but just a couple things to keep in mind when considering if it is the right fit. HubSpot is growing quickly so that means there is always a lot going on and a lot of new projects could come your way, so you have to be adaptable. Another thing HubSpot values is autonomy. You won't find a micro manager which is great, but if you like to have a lot of feed back and a lot direction on what you should be doing you will want to be clear about that with your manager.

Thanks for joining HubSpot and spending the year with us, I hope it's the first of many! You're spot on that things change quickly around here, and to note that folks who don't enjoy that may not love it here. I'm over the moon to hear you have great work life fit though, nothing makes me happier to hear--thanks for all you do and for taking the time to write a review! -Katie
