- Leadership TRULY CARES about employee experience and making sure we can all bring our authentic selves to work, feel supported both at work and outside of work, and are growing in our careers—it is remarkable - Huge energy behind diversity & inclusion initiatives from the highest levels of the company—really working to move the needle here in a way that's very encouraging - You get to work with and learn from the smartest, kindest, most generous folks - Ownership and autonomy in engineering—you get to make an impact from day 1

Cons

- Pay in engineering is below market - 401k match is very poor (as mentioned many times in reviews)

* Leaders are passionate, candid, and transparent. Special shout out to Eric Richard! * Employees are driven, curious, and just fun to be around * Office building and location are nice * Autonomy is real. Impact is what you make it

* Diversity is pretty bad, but leadership is working to improve it.
