      Pros

      - It's a tough time to work in SaaS, and CRM in particular, but we're navigating the turn well - Product continues to innovate - Executive leadership is making tough decisions even when they are unpopular.

      Cons

      - Some concern that we still try to do too much, limiting effectiveness of initiatives - With so much going on in the business, rep mindshare is very limited.

      WORST COMPANY EVER

      "Salary", collegues, remote work, good equipment

      Cons

      This is the worst company I've worked for. Managers are very poorly trained to provide feedback and coach. LATAM support department is by far one of the most toxic environments that exists. No one supports you, your managers are useless, you can only support on your collegues who have been suffering the same as you. PTO no longer exists. benefits were removed. This company turned into a nightmare, PIP for the most minimum mistake, this is worst than a call center.
